These terms govern the use of our digital platform for corporate regeneration programs. They apply to companies and educational institutions that wish to organize rest, concentration, and recovery offerings.
The platform provides tools for the digital planning of rest and concentration programs. This includes the organization of room usage times, the setup of exercise units, as well as anonymized evaluations of usage frequency. The application does not replace medical or psychological advice and is not intended for therapeutic purposes.
Companies and educational institutions are responsible for ensuring that the programs offered comply with the labor law requirements in Austria. Participation in regeneration units is voluntary. Users must ensure that personal data is only collected with the consent of employees and that the provisions of the GDPR are complied with.
The platform only records aggregated key figures such as the utilization of rest rooms or participation rates in programs. Identification of individual persons is not possible. The evaluations serve the continuous improvement of the offering and are not passed on to third parties. Upon request, we disclose the underlying calculation methods.
We assume no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, unless they are based on intent or gross negligence. The responsibility for the specific design of the programs in the company lies with the respective organizations. Please report technical disruptions to our support immediately.
We may adjust these terms if legal framework conditions or the scope of functions of the platform change. We will inform you of significant changes in a timely manner by email. Use can be terminated by either party with one month's notice to the end of the month. Already recorded anonymized data will be retained for statistical purposes after termination.
